I am keeping the basic Hungarian cooking tradition alive but adapting it to our contemporary tastes and health concerns.
My Hungarian Home Cooking made easy and on a budget. I will have easy recipes and tricks to make cooking easier. Here you can see home cooking videos the easy no stress way. I will say silly things; I will have my own cooking terms. This is me! I am giving my best! I try to make everything to the point; fast and easy but good tasting.
Maybe I am doing different than you know or you saw before. I like to do everything fast and easy because we all lead busy lives.
If you make just one recipe and it turns out good and you, your family and friends like it, its worth for me to write the cookbook and make the videos! I realized when I was making the videos how much I enjoy teaching and sharing.
I don't count calories; I make it and eat just a small portion. I practice what I "preach" and this works for me. Try to eat smaller portions during the day but more often. By eating more often you won't be hungry. Satisfy your taste buds and you will be happier!
